Private Money Transactional Loan
These loans are designed to allow investors to fund and close the A-to-B transaction just prior to closing the B-to-C transaction. Also, known as back-to-back closings.

Private Money 6-Month Term Loan
These loans are designed to provide the investor with funds to close on a property with the intention of repairing the property and then to resale it at a profit within a 1 to 6 month time frame.
Term: 12 months
Maximum Amount: $400,000
